Meet the Board

Hello, my name is John Jenkins and I’ve lived in Warrenton Lakes for 25 years. I work as a technician for United Airlines. I enjoy fishing, cooking, and traveling.

Hi, my name is Janet Henry. I moved to Warrenton Lakes in 2024; however, I have lived in the Northern Virginia area most of my life. I have been an AWLA board member since 2025. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, traveling, visiting with friends and family, and serving my community.

My name is Judy Koehler and I have served as the recording secretary on the AWLA board since 2017. I also manage the AWLA scholarship program, supported by our community, for qualifying Fauquier High School graduating seniors who live in the Addition to Warrenton Lakes. Before retiring, I taught English and Spanish in the Fauquier County Public School System, and I now am a volunteer in the Fauquier County Head Start program. I enjoy taking walks through the neighborhood and visiting with other members of my community.

Hi, my name is Jill Cassady and I serve as the Addition to Warrenton Lakes HOA board’s Treasurer. I earned my Bachelor’s in Accounting from Strayer University, and have worked as an accountant for over two decades. I currently work as the Regional Controller for a land developer in Ashburn. I have lived in Warrenton Lakes since 2015. I am a mom of four and enjoy spending my time with my children and husband. I also like to work on home improvement projects and reading in my free time.

Greetings! I’m Malissa Cadwallader, currently serving as member at large. I’m a former Peace Corps volunteer and have worked for over a decade with nonprofit organizations focused on environmental conservation and sustainability. I love birding and hiking with my husband and our pup, as well as gardening to build native habitat.
